High court: Death row inmate can seek DNA test

The article read was about a man who was in jail  Hank Skinner and was going to get the death penalty because of a triple murder. the thing about the article is that he wanted them to reveal evidence to  let them know that he was innocence. i thought that the article is pretty interesting, i wonder why they was going to give him the death sentence and then change it to review the evidence but then it is a good thing because if he didn't do it then he shouldn't be in jail.
