Mom Charged In Snow Bank Baby Case

The article i read was bout a lady who threw her 18 day old baby in a snow back . and claimed that her baby daddy pushed her and caused the baby to fall out her arms, but other said that she threw the baby in the snow bank. i think that she should get more then just 2 years in prison if they make her go to jail. and i wonder why would she go and throw the baby in a snow back and then go back get her. she is really stupid
